Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes — we accept payments via bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and Wise. NDAs and contracts in English are standard. We've worked with clients in the UK, US, UAE, and Singapore.
How do milestones work?
Typically: 30% upfront after scope sign-off, 40% at mid-project demo, 30% on delivery. We adjust for larger projects. Every payment is invoiced with GST.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 6 months of bug-fix support at no charge. We then offer a monthly retainer or ad-hoc support as needed.
Can I see a fixed-price quote?
Yes — that's how we prefer to work. Send us your requirements and we'll produce a written quote within 24 hours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always happy to. We have a standard NDA template or will sign yours.
What tech stacks do you use?
PHP/CodeIgniter is our core strength, but we're equally comfortable with Node.js, React, native Android (Kotlin), and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
How do you handle communication?
Weekly demo calls, WhatsApp for day-to-day, and a shared project document updated every Friday. No surprises.
Can you take over an existing project?
