Refund Policy

How refunds, deposits, and cancellations work.

1. Milestone payments

Most projects use milestone billing — typically 30% on signed scope, 40% at mid-project demo, and 30% on delivery. Once a milestone is paid and the corresponding deliverable has been accepted in writing, that portion is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by client

You can stop a project at any time by writing to us. We will:

  • Stop further work immediately.
  • Hand over all source code and assets produced up to the cancellation date.
  • Refund any milestone amount paid for work that has not yet been performed.

3. Cancellation by us

On the rare occasion we need to cancel — for example, if a project scope changes beyond our capability — we will return any unearned milestone payments in full and hand over all work produced.

4. Quick services

Quick-services tasks (under 8 hours) are billed on completion, not in advance. If you are not satisfied with the deliverable, we will rework it once at no charge or refund 100% — your choice.

5. Bug-fix support

Every project includes 6 months of post-launch bug-fix support at no charge. Bugs reported during this window are fixed at no additional cost. New feature requests after launch are quoted separately.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@kedayatech.com with your project name and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank transfer / Razorpay / Wise / PayPal) within 7 business days of approval.
