Overview
JobHisab is an accountability software for job-work businesses and small MSMEs. It tracks job orders, raw material issues, finished goods receipts, worker wages, and generates GST job-work challans (Form ITC-04).
The Challenge
Small manufacturers doing job work under GST had no affordable, simple tool to track material in/out and generate compliant challans. Spreadsheets led to tax mismatches and disputes with principals.
Our Solution
Built a simple, mobile-friendly PHP SaaS. Job order creation, raw material issue/receipt, production entry, wage calculation, and GST Form ITC-04 challan generation. Designed for users with minimal tech literacy.
