Overview
LoanHisab is a lead and pipeline management platform built for DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) andloan agents who source and process loans for banks and NBFCs. Agents capture leads, track themthrough underwriting and disbursal, and get a clear payout ledger — instead of managing everythingacross WhatsApp threads and Excel sheets.
The Challenge
DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and independent loan agents in India source and process loanapplications across multiple banks and NBFCs at once — home loans, personal loans, business loans,each with a different lender, a different process, and a different payout structure.
Before LoanHisab, agents were running this entirely on WhatsApp and Excel. A lead would come in,get forwarded to a lender rep, and from there its status lived in someone's memory or a scattered chatthread. Follow-ups were manual and easy to forget, so leads went cold mid-pipeline with no onenoticing. And because commission payouts differ by lender and by loan stage, agents had no singleplace to see what they were actually owed — reconciling payouts meant cross-checking bankstatements against memory at month-end.
The client needed a system that could handle several lenders' worth of process differences withoutbecoming several different tools, and that a non-technical agent working from a phone could usewithout training.

- — payouts are tracked per lender and per disbursed loan, reconciledautomatically instead of manually, so "what am I owed" has a real-time answer.
- We built LoanHisab around a single idea: one pipeline, many lenders. Every lead moves through thesame visible stages — Login, Document Collection, Sanction, Disbursal — regardless of which bank orNBFC is processing it, so agents always know where a file stands at a glance.
