Overview
CAIOnline.in is a portal for the cotton industry association. It serves member management, trade circulars, event listings, cotton price updates, and industry news for Gujarat cotton traders and ginners.
The Challenge
The cotton association was managing everything through printed circulars and phone calls. Members had no central place for prices, news, or events. Data was fragmented across Excel files and WhatsApp groups.
Our Solution
We built a PHP/CodeIgniter portal with member registration, role-based access, a noticeboard system, event calendar, and a cotton rate display board updated by admins. Mobile-responsive for traders checking prices on the field.
