CottonHisab is a SaaS product built for cotton ginners, traders, and pressing units in Gujarat. It handles bale tracking, party ledgers, cotton purchase & sale entries, GST-compliant challans, and P&L reports.

Cotton traders were juggling hand-written ledgers and Excel sheets. GST compliance for job-work challans was error-prone. End-of-season reconciliation took weeks.

We built a CodeIgniter 4 SaaS with multi-user support, bale-level tracking from ginning to sale, automated GST challan generation, and daily/monthly P&L summaries. Designed for non-technical cotton traders.
