How do we handle payments?
We accept GBP via SWIFT bank transfer, Wise (formerly TransferWise), or PayPal. We invoice in GBP or INR as preferred.
What are your working hours vs UK time?
We work 9am–7pm IST (3:30am–1:30pm GMT/BST). For async projects this is no barrier. For active builds we schedule a daily morning overlap at 9am GMT.
Can you sign a UK-law contract?
We typically use our standard contract governed by Indian law, but we're flexible. English NDAs are always available.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes — we accept payments via bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and Wise. NDAs and contracts in English are standard. We've worked with clients in the UK, US, UAE, and Singapore.
How do milestones work?
Typically: 30% upfront after scope sign-off, 40% at mid-project demo, 30% on delivery. We adjust for larger projects. Every payment is invoiced with GST.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 6 months of bug-fix support at no charge. We then offer a monthly retainer or ad-hoc support as needed.
